Every day is the Resolution of Health and Fitness

Staying fit requires permission. There is nothing more important than deciding to follow an exercise plan. During the holidays, many of us make New Year’s decision to be fit and healthy, but I am here to tell you that every day is the time for health and fitness! Although we often blame the external circumstances of our poor health (for example, office gifts, fast food, “vacations”) in reality, our own procrastination is a real obstacle to achieving our fitness goals.
